Denied for prior auth, resubmitted with step therapy documentation, approved on appeal. The criteria exist, you just have to meet them.

Came off after 41 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

STEP 1 readout: 99.3% mean weight loss, absolute numbers matter. Spread around that mean is enormous.
