comment on mg ÷ mL, that is the whole formula, why did i find this hard in c/reconstitution · 40 points · 1 days ago

swirl, do not shake, or you are courting oxidation

baseline is the most important A1c measurement, you cannot collect it later

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

gel packs last 10 hours, after that you are relying on the box itself

more water means more units for the same dose, which means finer resolution

Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.

comment on identity and quantity are two questions and most COAs answer one in c/coa · 16 points · 1 months ago

Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.

The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.

5mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 5/2 — write it on the vial afterwards

no "is this good?" without saying what the compound and claimed purity are

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

This is correct.

Adding to this: insulin syringe is doing more work than the comment implies.
