comment on stalled for 7 weeks at 10mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/vendorvetting · 5 points · 3 months ago
positive and negative reports both need the same evidence standard
comment on the HPLC thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · -22 points · 4 months ago
Strongly agree. Largest single impurity tells a different story than total purity.

comment on someone explain Janoshik to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/vendorvetting · 49 points · 5 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on [Discussion] order records is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/vendorvetting · 88 points · 5 months ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Question] chromatogram — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 329 points · 5 months ago
Crossposting this to c/glp1eu because the people who need it are not reading this community.
comment on LC-MS: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/hplc · 403 points · 6 months ago
Detection wavelength? LC-MS and that changes at different wavelengths.
comment on [Results] 27 weeks, 45kg, and maintenance was the hard part in c/maintenancephase · 212 points · 7 months ago
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.
comment on switched from 10mg to 7.5mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/maintenancephase · 18 points · 8 months ago
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 16 is not maintenance
comment on [Question] is 99.2% actually fine or am I being sold a rounding error in c/vendorvetting · 5 points · 8 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 95.1, not 94.2.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on 15 months in and purity is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 352 points · 9 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on the regain question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/maintenancephase · 4 points · 9 months ago
the plateau is where the learning happens
comment on VendorInvestigate: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/vendorvetting · 562 points · 9 months ago
one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
comment on Canada: dose history, and what it actually costs here in c/dosinglogs · 10 points · 9 months ago
the 12 month update is the real test
comment on genuine question about testing that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/vendorvetting · 21 points · 9 months ago
Correct.
Adding to this: VendorInvestigate is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on goal weight — 17 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/maintenancephase · 92 points · 10 months ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on the vendor question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/vendorvetting · 107 points · 10 months ago
did they reship, credit, or ghost you?
comment on switched from 0.5mg to 0.25mg and the nausea got better, not worse in c/vendorvetting · 0 points · 10 months ago
How many orders from FGP is that a sample of? One reship is noise, five is a pattern.
comment on genuine question about gradient that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/hplc · 77 points · 10 months ago
integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify lowest effective dose in c/maintenancephase · 183 points · 10 months ago
This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.
