comment on [Meta] the stopped rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/darkspot · 122 points · 9 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on what changed for me between week 45 and week 88 in c/coa · 495 points · 9 months ago
Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.
comment on 24 months in and TB-500 is still the thing I get wrong in c/researchpeptides · 29 points · 10 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Lab] 15th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part in c/coa · -30 points · 10 months ago
Retitled to remove editorialising.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 41 weeks to accept.
comment on why does nobody talk about dead space in c/reconstitution · 310 points · 10 months ago
This is correct. 2mL versus 10mL is the common mistake.
comment on regret is the most under-discussed thing in c/newbiequestions in c/darkspot · 0 points · 10 months ago
Removed a chain here.
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 95.1% on the same vial is normal.
comment on the secretagogue thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/researchpeptides · 1 points · 10 months ago
Yeah, identity is the first question.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify lowest effective dose in c/maintenancephase · 4 points · 10 months ago
nobody posts about this part and it is the longest part
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify lowest effective dose in c/maintenancephase · 69 points · 10 months ago
Maintenance for 10 months now.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 31 weeks to accept.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify lowest effective dose in c/maintenancephase · 66 points · 10 months ago
Not to be pedantic but goal weight and dose stretching are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify lowest effective dose in c/maintenancephase · 67 points · 10 months ago
The plateau is real and boring. 17 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.
comment on LC-MS: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/hplc · 73 points · 10 months ago
co-elution is real and integration is usually not enough to resolve it
comment on 21 months in and HPLC is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 0 points · 11 months ago
chromatogram or it did not happen
comment on dead space: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/reconstitution · 5 points · 11 months ago
never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration
comment on dead space: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 11 months ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
comment on anyone else notice dual agonist kicking in around week 80 in c/survodutide · 376 points · 11 months ago
Yeah, glucagon co-agonism is genuinely different.
comment on small win: what went wrong stopped being a problem at week 30 in c/darkspot · 4 points · 11 months ago
Strongly agree. No piling on.
comment on three years of purity threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 21 points · 1 year ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
comment on [PSA] Apotheke is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1eu · 3 points · 1 year ago
The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
comment on [PSA] Apotheke is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1eu · -11 points · 1 year ago
This is correct. Tag your country.
