related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

comment on week 6 check-in — 46kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/hplc · 106 points · 7 months ago

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

wrong community but useful, so, shrug

Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

the 62 week mark is where it gets interesting

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize

state how long you have been at maintenance, week 23 is not maintenance

comment on three years of sulphur burps threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/sideeffects · 12 points · 10 months ago

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 3 weeks and they stopped

comment on genuine question about gradient that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/hplc · 83 points · 10 months ago

the detector wavelength matters more than people think

Adding to this: chromatogram is doing more work than the comment implies.

comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether gallbladder is why in c/sideeffects · 129 points · 10 months ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

This is the correct method framing.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 3 weeks to accept.

area% and mass% are not the same and this whole post conflates them
