comment on [Question] why is reta purity testing so much more variable between labs in c/retatrutide · -28 points · 11 days ago

Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.

comment on came off reta after 14 weeks. here is the honest version. in c/retatrutide · 8 points · 12 days ago

heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions

comment on [Caution] hepatic endpoints need biopsy data, not an ALT screenshot in c/survodutide · 16 points · 12 days ago

rodent dual agonist is investigation only

comment on three years of glucagon threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/survodutide · 7 points · 16 days ago

Stalled for 23 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 11.

the dosing is steep, the sulphur burps reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

declared value is seizure, impacts duty

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about triple agonist in c/retatrutide · 4 points · 1 months ago

Mechanistically the bit that matters is TRIUMPH. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify glucagon in c/survodutide · 11 points · 1 months ago

hepatic fat and survodutide are the story

comment on TRIUMPH: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/retatrutide · -21 points · 1 months ago

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

link the wiki instead of retyping, but politely

comment on [Vendor] WXT order #24 — Germany, 21 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/retatrutide · 44 points · 2 months ago

the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder

permalink

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for first time posts in c/newbiequestions · -18 points · 2 months ago

Yeah, that is totally normal for week 5.

comment on phase 2 vs triple agonist — genuinely asking which matters more in c/retatrutide · 0 points · 2 months ago

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions

comment on [Lab] 17th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part in c/retatrutide · 149 points · 3 months ago

Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.

comment on reading seizure threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/customs · 24 points · 3 months ago

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with customs, not with what you concluded.

permalink

comment on [Question] dose escalation — what am I missing here in c/retatrutide · 38 points · 4 months ago

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
