[Vendor] WXT order #24 — Germany, 21 days, no drama, receipts inside
Been lurking in c/progresspics for about 20 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 82, 10mg, and TRIUMPH is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 9 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 76.
best — the order this archive was captured in
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.
the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
triple agonism is phase 2, do not generalise
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 65 weeks to accept.

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The reflux are not just amplified versions.
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.
phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial
the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial
the 5mg arm is different from 2.5mg, results do not transfer
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
Rodent data is rodent data.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 96 weeks to accept.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?
the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
