comment on the gradient question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/hplc · 11 points · 1 year ago
area% and mass% are not the same and this whole post conflates them
comment on week 56 check-in — 6kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me in c/glp1women · 243 points · 1 year ago
Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify purity in c/hplc · 595 points · 1 year ago
This is the correct method framing. Column and gradient are load-bearing fields.
comment on stalled for 8 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/hplc · 13 points · 1 year ago
Injection volume and flow rate? Those affect resolution.
comment on small win: Mounjaro stopped being a problem at week 50 in c/tirzepatide · 167 points · 1 year ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is Mounjaro. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

comment on small win: dual agonist stopped being a problem at week 66 in c/tirzepatide · 68 points · 2 years ago
the dual agonism hits different and that is why people describe it differently
comment on my triglycerides moved and I cannot work out whether DHL is why in c/intlshipping · 50 points · 2 years ago
Not to be pedantic but carrier and packaging are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on small win: transit time stopped being a problem at week 11 in c/intlshipping · 43 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.
comment on 4 months in and Canada is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1canada · 4 points · 2 years ago
the Spain answer is not the Spain answer
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about method development in c/hplc · 11 points · 2 years ago
Did they post the raw trace or just the summary?
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about method development in c/hplc · 9 points · 2 years ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on three years of Mounjaro threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/tirzepatide · 50 points · 2 years ago
the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point
comment on the integration thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · -44 points · 2 years ago
the detector wavelength matters more than people think
comment on switched from 2.5mg to 2.4mg and the early fullness got better, not worse in c/intlshipping · 31 points · 2 years ago
Sweden to Sweden: HJ with 19 days is the average, variance is 26
comment on gradient: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/hplc · 0 points · 2 years ago
Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether carrier is why in c/intlshipping · 18 points · 2 years ago
the community lane table lives here
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 25 weeks to accept.
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether carrier is why in c/intlshipping · 324 points · 2 years ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
