Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 16 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 72, 10mg, and LC-MS is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 11 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 78.

Not to be pedantic but LC-MS and method development are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

This is the correct method framing. Column and gradient are load-bearing fields.

Adding to this: purity is doing more work than the comment implies.
Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
