comment on [PSA] lowest effective dose is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/maintenancephase · 13 points · 1 year ago

This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.

comment on concentration — 20 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/reconstitution · 720 points · 1 year ago

This is correct. 2mL versus 11mL is the common mistake.

comment on [Meta] the identity rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/researchpeptides · 153 points · 1 year ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on bacteriostatic water vs units — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 56 points · 1 year ago

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

comment on the Netherlands: mg/mL, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 165 points · 1 year ago

Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.

comment on three years of REDEFINE threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/cagrilintide · 2 points · 1 year ago

research use only, no human protocols in posts

comment on why does nobody talk about weight in c/dosinglogs · 9 points · 1 year ago

Slight fix: the number was 93.7, not 99.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

comment on stalled for 18 weeks at 1.0mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/cagrilintide · 63 points · 1 year ago

Yeah, amylin is doing different work than GLP-1.

permalink

comment on lowest effective dose is the most under-discussed thing in c/trialwatch in c/maintenancephase · 11 points · 1 year ago

dose-stretching experiences welcome, dose-stretching instructions are not

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about secretagogue in c/researchpeptides · -7 points · 1 year ago

evidence-level statements required: in vitro, rodent, or human

permalink

comment on does dose history actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/dosinglogs · 172 points · 1 year ago

update rather than repost, 2 people doing this

comment on week 56 check-in — 6kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me in c/glp1women · 76 points · 1 year ago

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Yeah, contraception is under-researched.

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dose stretching in c/maintenancephase · 1 points · 1 year ago

Weight variance within what range?

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the log advice in here is 19 years out of date in c/dosinglogs · 63 points · 1 year ago

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify handling in c/researchpeptides · 5 points · 1 year ago

the thymosin literature is thin on humans

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

permalink

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for long term posts in c/maintenancephase · 22 points · 2 years ago

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes.

Adding to this: dose stretching is doing more work than the comment implies.

permalink

comment on anyone else notice waist kicking in around week 50 in c/dosinglogs · 1 points · 2 years ago

Yeah, the consistency is the value.

permalink

comment on what changed for me between week 85 and week 39 in c/reconstitution · 1.3k points · 2 years ago

Yeah, showing the arithmetic is the fastest way for someone to spot the error.
