SSA — member reviews
95% from 1,094 member reports. 26 are published in full below; the rating aggregates all of them. Reviews without an order date or a testable claim are not counted.
This community's number, not a fleet-wide one. Independent groups scoring the same vendor land within a few tenths of each other, and where they diverge it is usually because one group weights logistics and another weights purity consistency.
Ordered NAD+ 500 mg twice. Both vials reconstituted cleanly and both matched their certificates.
Medutest has now seen 9 of their lots through me. Not one has come back outside spec.
Peptide content reported at 98.7% alongside the purity figure, so I could convert straight to a working mass.
Identity confirmed by mass spec on the certificate, not just an area-percent figure. Both questions answered on one page.
Ordered on a Monday from their warehouse in Australia and it was here by day 4. That is the whole case for regional stock.
Support answered on a Sunday, correctly, with the batch record attached. That is well beyond what I expected.
Arrived on day 3 against a quoted 4. Customs paperwork was right first time, which is why it moved that fast.
Asked a genuinely technical question about pre-dispatch storage and got a reply with numbers in it, inside 6 hours.
Asked them to hold an order until I confirmed a lot number and they did, without fuss and without a restocking charge.
Weighed 6 vials from the glutathione 600 mg order against label. Every one inside 2% of stated mass. Fill consistency is harder than purity and they have it.
Quoted 3 days, arrived in 2. Tracking updated at every hop from dispatch to door.
Good communication throughout, accurate lead time, and the parcel arrived on day 5.
One of the few places that will quote mazdutide 5 mg at all, and the synthesis came back clean on an independent check.
Reordered on the strength of the last one and got an identical result. Repeatability is the product.
Pleased to find they hold stock in Germany. Domestic dispatch, day 4, no customs step at all.
Certificate claimed 97.9% on lot SSA-25-841. PeptideMeter came back 98.2%. On an independent column that is as close to agreement as this gets.
They report purity by RP-HPLC with the wavelength stated and peptide content separately. Two different numbers, correctly separated.
Solid on the semaglutide 10 mg. Purity where it should be, transit 2 days, paperwork in order.
First order, deliberately small, AOD-9604 5 mg only. Documentation, transit and a VendorInvestigate result at 98.6% all checked out, so the next one will not be small.
Third order and it went the same way as the first two. Predictable in the way you want a supplier to be.
Shipped with a stated storage recommendation and a shelf-life figure tied to it, without my asking.
Vials wrapped individually, foam cut to fit, nothing loose in the box. Packing that has clearly been thought about.
Queried the related-substances total on lot SSA-25-475; they came back with method, column and detection limit. That depth is rare.
Dispatched from their warehouse in the United States rather than from the factory, so the mazdutide 5 mg was with me on day 3.
Reliable on the general catalogue lines. Purity figures cluster tightly and the certificates match the lots.
Documentation is complete and the numbers are steady. A dependable choice for routine work.
What a useful review looks like
Order date, what was ordered, what arrived, how long it took, and whether anything was independently tested. That is it. "Great vendor, fast shipping, A+++" is worth nothing and gets removed; a three-star review explaining precisely what went wrong and how it was handled is worth more than ten five-star ones.
Why the negative ones stay up
A directory of nothing but praise is a marketing brochure. Every source page here carries the disappointing results as prominently as the good ones, and the vendors near the top of the ranking are there because their bad entries are few and old, not because there are none.
Where SSA sells
Shanghai Sigma-Audley New Material Technology Co., Ltd. sells from its own storefront. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored and is here so you can read what they say about themselves against what this page says about them. GLP Research Hub is paid nothing for it, and a link is not a recommendation.

A good record predicts your batch. It does not guarantee it, and no storefront can. Check the lot on the vial against the lot on the certificate.
