three years of ApoB threads, summarised so you do not have to read them
Right, the lipids question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 4 data points over 28 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 32, not week 81. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.
best — the order this archive was captured in
baseline is the most important bloodwork measurement, you cannot collect it later

My ferritin went from 17 to 40 in 82 weeks. The baseline labs story shows up in the trend, not the single number.

Disagree on that part. 98.0% and 98.1% on the same vial is normal.
ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

A1c moves slowly, quarterly is plenty
What are your reference ranges?
Baseline ApoB: 96.2. Week 34: 94.2. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

My triglycerides went from 19 to 20 in 27 weeks. The A1c story shows up in the trend, not the single number.
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy
nobody here can tell you what a result means for you

Adding to this: ALT is doing more work than the comment implies.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 11–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
nobody here can tell you what a result means for you
This is correct. ApoB is the better marker.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
eGFR from 14 to 5 is movement, not noise
ALT is where the fatty-liver story shows up first
