[PSA] REDEFINE is not what most of this community thinks it is
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 1.0mg to 15mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 14 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 25 reads it before doing the same thing.

Adding to this: amylin is doing more work than the comment implies.
The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does CagriSema.
Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 17, not final.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
tendon and CagriSema literature in rodents is interesting
The research community is small on cagrilintide. Forum lore changes faster than data.
CagriSema is a fixed combo in trials, not user-mixed
long-acting amylin is co-agonism, different satiety profile
CagriSema ratios in trials are fixed, do not extrapolate self-mixing
