[Question] how do you actually verify water content
Week 10 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 62.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.
Mechanistically the bit that matters is water content. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
