the water content question that gets asked weekly, answered properly
Quick one. Canada here. related substances works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US. Specifics: the route I used took 20 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse…
Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.
Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Retitled to remove editorialising.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 25 weeks to accept.
chromatogram or it did not happen
Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.
Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.
Small correction: the trial was 9 weeks, not 15. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
