Everyone in c/scamalerts repeats that batch is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 22 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Are you looking at area% or net peptide content? Different numbers.
Sent one vial to PeptideMeter and VendorInvestigate. 93.7% and 99.1%. Cost me more than the vial did and I would do it again.

The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.
