someone explain log to me like I have not read a paper in years
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: dose history matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 4 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 17 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Came off after 38 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
public logs kept over 23 weeks and beyond
Yeah, the consistency is the value.
Maintenance for 6 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
consistency is harder than the dose change
Second this question. I have wondered about log for 12 months and never seen a straight answer.
Not to be pedantic but waist and tracking are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
