anyone else notice resistance training kicking in around week 75

Results Receipts ×3

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking lean mass against triglycerides for 37 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

This is correct. DEXA is the standard.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.

rapid loss plus no protein equals muscle loss

Strongly agree. Resistance training counts.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
