[Question] does anyone actually feel "done" or is that not a thing

Questionbranch of 8 comments

Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful. Setup: 2.5mg, week 48, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — dose stretching — and tracked it for 14 weeks. Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted…

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.

About c/maintenancephase

The part nobody posts about: what happens at goal weight. Finding a lowest effective dose, dose-interval stretching, regain risk data, muscle retention, the psychology of not having a number to chase, and staying on indefinitely versus tapering.

c/maintenancephase rules
  1. State how long you have been at maintenance. "Maintenance" at week 30 is not maintenance.
  2. Regain is not a moral failing and posts implying it is get removed.
  3. Dose-stretching experiences welcome; dose-stretching instructions are not.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
