[Discussion] non-peptide is doing more work than we give it credit for
Week 24 update. 25kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 76.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

the UK here. Waited 8 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Came off after 64 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
