Denmark: ACHIEVE, and what it actually costs here
Week 78 update. 4kg down from the start, sulphur burps basically gone since about week 29.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with sulphur burps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.
Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

phase 15 data is interesting, phase 34 will tell the real story
Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with small molecule, not with what you concluded.
oral non-peptide agonist is ACHIEVE, no food restrictions
Stalled for 24 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 9.
the muscle cramps profile is speculative at this stage
Not to be pedantic but small molecule and orforglipron are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 11 trials
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

cite ATTAIN/ACHIEVE arms specifically
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Week 68 for me and the honest summary is: 7kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
the reflux profile is speculative at this stage
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.
Not to be pedantic but small molecule and oral GLP-1 are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
