Week 78 update. 4kg down from the start, sulphur burps basically gone since about week 29. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Stalled for 24 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 9.

Not to be pedantic but small molecule and orforglipron are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
