genuine question about dose escalation that I am slightly embarrassed to ask

Trial Databranch of 6 comments

Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/glp1uk repeats that dose escalation is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 22 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.

Before you read on

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
