[Results] 12 weeks, 35kg, and glucagon was the hard part

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/glp1uk repeats that dose escalation is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 11 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 96.2% weight loss but the sulphur burps profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

the dosing is steep, the early fullness reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet

nobody should be giving this to anyone without extensive monitoring

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere. Posts must describe what happened, not instruct strangers.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.
