stalled for 17 weeks at 0.25mg and I refuse to panic this time

Meta Slow Clap ×5

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: 2.4mg matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 20 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 29 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Ozempic versus Wegovy versus research grade is the wrong argument, they are literally the same molecule

Ozempic versus Wegovy versus research grade is the wrong argument, they are literally the same molecule

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

How long were you at 0.5mg before you moved up?

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Yeah, 79 weeks on 2.4mg, same pattern, same timing.

Not to be pedantic but Wegovy and food noise are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 78.

Everything semaglutide: branded pens, compounded vials, oral formulations and the research-grade material people reconstitute themselves.
