unpopular opinion: nausea is massively overrated

PSA Receipts ×6 Slow Clap ×1

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: hair loss matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 5 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 23 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Is that before or after you stabilized your constipation?

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 22 weeks and they stopped

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Same experience. Week 33 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

This is correct. The early fullness is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question

Same experience. Week 80 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 61 is worth checking

Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.

Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.

This is correct. The reflux is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

u/ipamorelin_i43 points·2 months ago

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with gallbladder, not with what you concluded.

Disagree.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 47 weeks to accept.

Yeah, the muscle cramps hit on day 20 for me too, not day 1.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
