[Question] Sweden — has anyone got a straight answer on interval stretching

Question Clean Column ×8

Right, the tapering question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 21 data points over 10 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 64, not week 12. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Stalled for 8 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 21.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

This is correct.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

the 16 week discontinuation arm is the data

Yeah, regain is not a failure.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

tapering instructions are not welcome here

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with regain, not with what you concluded.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
