[Results] 87 weeks, 11kg, and interval stretching was the hard part
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/bloodwork repeats that interval stretching is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 12 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

The nausea was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
tapering instructions are not welcome here
Maintenance for 17 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Adding to this: tapering is doing more work than the comment implies.
Came off after 13 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
the 6 week discontinuation arm is the data
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

say how long you were on and at what dose before taper
Strongly agree. The regain is expected.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

appetite return timelines vary tapering
cite the discontinuation data rather than guessing regain rates

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
