comment on someone explain glucagon to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/retatrutide · 25 points · 1 year ago
Crossposting this to c/glp1uk because the people who need it are not reading this community.
comment on [Results] 21 weeks on 2.4mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
comment on dose escalation: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/retatrutide · 15 points · 1 year ago
The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism.
Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on switched from 2.5mg to 10mg and the early fullness got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 295 points · 1 year ago
the dosing is steep, the the food-noise thing reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet

phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial

triple agonism is TRIUMPH, do not generalise
comment on genuine question about bacteriostatic water that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 1 year ago
more water means more units for the same dose, which means finer resolution
Adding to this: reconstitution is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on reconstitution vs mg/mL — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 77 points · 1 year ago
Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant 21mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.

stopper coring on the 10th draw because you keep using the same entry point. rotate.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for glucagon posts in c/retatrutide · 475 points · 1 year ago
comment on triple agonist — 22 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 2 years ago
the 15mg arm is different from 15mg, results do not transfer
comment on the mg/mL thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/reconstitution · 53 points · 2 years ago
10mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 10/2 — write it on the vial afterwards
comment on reading mg/mL threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/reconstitution · 106 points · 2 years ago
u-100 syringe, not u-40, or your math is off by factor of 14
comment on week 91 check-in — 26kg down, fatigue manageable, one thing confusing me in c/reconstitution · 53 points · 2 years ago
Cored the stopper on my 22th draw because I kept using the same entry point. Rotate the puncture site.
