The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 4 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 8% impurity.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 4 times, finally got good resolution on a LC-MS peak.

fake COAs always have the same tell: perfect results, zero variance

Week 8 for me and the honest summary is: 6kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Maintenance for 15 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 5 times, finally got good resolution on a chromatogram peak.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 12 weeks to accept.

Adding to this: tapering is doing more work than the comment implies.
