I own four data loggers and I will lend you one. Excursions are survivable; ignorance is not.

lyophilised powder is far more forgiving than reconstituted solution

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Small correction: the trial was 18 weeks, not 28. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

nobody here can tell you what a result means for you

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Logger trace from my shipment: 10 hours at 31°C. Powder tested 99.3% against 93.7% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.

Yeah, baseline matters more than any later number.

comment on help me understand appetite return, I have read the wiki twice in c/tapering · 42 points · 1 year ago

Yeah, regain is not a failure.

Adding to this: appetite return is doing more work than the comment implies.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

Stalled for 18 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 66.

Maintenance for 24 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Do you have baseline to compare to?

Disagree on that part. 98.6% and 98.7% on the same vial is normal.

The gel pack lasted 13 hours in a courier van, then liquid.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

comment on genuine question about ice pack that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/coldchain · 15 points · 2 years ago

The gel pack lasted 9 hours in a courier van, then liquid.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
