Mechanistically the bit that matters is purity. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 21 weeks to accept.

My version: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part. Nobody believes that until they do it.

Detection wavelength? chromatogram and that changes at different wavelengths.

Came off after 63 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
