comment on switched from 2.4mg to 1.7mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 2 years ago

Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.

This is correct. The reflux is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

baseline is the most important eGFR measurement, you cannot collect it later

My ApoB went from 3 to 21 in 9 weeks. The eGFR story shows up in the trend, not the single number.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Same experience. Week 7 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 55 me did not think I would make it to week 9.

The sulphur burps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 69 me did not think I would make it to week 20.
