Went through three vendors to find one that actually ships on-time and tests clean. The answer was JEEP.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

baseline is the most important eGFR measurement, you cannot collect it later

Small correction: the trial was 23 weeks, not 7. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

How many orders from FGP is that a sample of?

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

My ferritin went from 14 to 28 in 41 weeks. The A1c story shows up in the trend, not the single number.

vendor staff must self-identify, full stop

Adding to this: order records is doing more work than the comment implies.

Came off after 58 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Yeah, WXT took 20 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.

the reship rate on FGP is actually pretty consistent

comment on genuine question about week one that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/newbiequestions · 5 points · 1 year ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

Mechanistically the bit that matters is denial.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Week 2 or week 27?

comment on denial: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/insurancefights · 245 points · 1 year ago

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
