comment on [Correction] you cannot report area% to two decimals off that baseline in c/hplc · 2 points · 6 days ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

comment on [Question] Poland — has anyone got a straight answer on jurisdiction in c/customs · 6 points · 24 days ago

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

comment on genuine question about protein that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1muscle · 1 points · 27 days ago

Not to be pedantic but resistance training and protein are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring personal import at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/customs · 1 points · 29 days ago

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Meta] the research peptides rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/researchpeptides · 24 points · 1 months ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for FFMI posts in c/glp1muscle · 16 points · 1 months ago

Came off after 90 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

comment on unpopular opinion: method development is massively overrated in c/hplc · 4 points · 2 months ago

the detector wavelength matters more than people think

permalink

comment on [PSA] non-peptide is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 2 months ago

the absorption problem is solved by non-peptide structure

permalink

comment on non-peptide: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/orforglipron · 24 points · 2 months ago

oral non-peptide agonist is ACHIEVE, no food restrictions

permalink

comment on integration vs purity — genuinely asking which matters more in c/hplc · 4 points · 3 months ago

integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own

Adding to this: method development is doing more work than the comment implies.

a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful
