The 503A pharmacy I used lost their shortage list eligibility. Same day, compounding became illegal. Rules are real.

track FFMI too if you can, celebrating a weight number that came partly from muscle loss isn't really "done" in the way that matters

this is why I track FFMI now instead of just weight during any flat stretch, it's the number that actually distinguishes "recomping fine" from "actually stalled" from "losing the wrong tissue".
