Yeah, Poland coverage is not Poland coverage.

Moved states and the compounding landscape changed completely. Different rules, different pharmacies, different costs.
comment on asked my compounder where the API comes from. long silence. in c/compounding · 2 points · 2 days ago
regulatory claims need a citation to the actual rule, not interpretation
comment on the scale "stalled" for two months but my DEXA says otherwise, recomp is a stall in disguise in c/glp1muscle · 61 points · 2 days ago
this is the whole argument for tracking FFMI instead of just weight during any stall, it's the only number that flags "you're losing muscle" vs "you're recomping" vs "you're actually stalled"

The 503A pharmacy I used lost their shortage list eligibility. Same day, compounding became illegal. Rules are real.
comment on how did people actually decide "this is my number" instead of just chasing lower forever in c/progresspics · 4 points · 3 days ago
track FFMI too if you can, celebrating a weight number that came partly from muscle loss isn't really "done" in the way that matters
comment on [Discussion] resistance training changes what "stall" should even mean on the scale in c/glp1muscle · 98 points · 4 days ago
this is why I track FFMI now instead of just weight during any flat stretch, it's the number that actually distinguishes "recomping fine" from "actually stalled" from "losing the wrong tissue".

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

the "almost formulaic" framing is honestly a little humbling, apparently I'm not special, just predictable

steps stayed steady actually, just those two, but good instinct to check

okay but what dose of sema are you on
comment on [PSA] 0.25 for four weeks is not a suggestion, it is the whole plan in c/semaglutide · 37 points · 8 days ago
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 12.5mg after 49 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.

the quiet is real.
Adding to this: 2.4mg is doing more work than the comment implies.

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

I did the fast version. 2.4mg to 2.5mg in 22 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
