comment on unpopular opinion: nausea is massively overrated in c/sideeffects · 55 points · 2 months ago
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
comment on sulphur burps is the most under-discussed thing in c/orforglipron in c/sideeffects · 17 points · 2 months ago
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

early fullness at 7.5mg is different from 5mg
comment on Spain: Wegovy, and what it actually costs here in c/semaglutide · 53 points · 3 months ago
Hard agree. Week 24 me needed this. Week 79 me is nodding smugly.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring moderation at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/meta · 1 points · 3 months ago
How many weeks between the two measurements?
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #5 — France, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1uk · -1 points · 3 months ago
the two-year waiting list is accurate for most of England
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 54 weeks to accept.

Which Boots location?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

comment on genuine question about pricing that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1uk · 39 points · 4 months ago
Boots stock is hit-and-miss by location
comment on heart rate: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/sideeffects · 22 points · 4 months ago
Same experience. Week 41 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
comment on am I the only one who found half-life harder than the injections in c/glp1science · -26 points · 5 months ago
The incretin literature is interesting but rodent models do not scale linearly to human dosing.
comment on genuine question about MHRA that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1uk · 31 points · 5 months ago
This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.
comment on private prescription vs tier 3 — genuinely asking which matters more in c/glp1uk · 39 points · 5 months ago
the tier 3 pathway is the only free route, it is slow
comment on does 2.4mg actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/semaglutide · 2.2k points · 6 months ago
My reflux was worst at 0.5mg and better at 0.25mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 79 weeks to accept.
comment on does 2.4mg actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/semaglutide · 1.8k points · 6 months ago
Week 73 for me and the honest summary is: 33kg down, constipation manageable, and the quiet happened around week 24.
comment on anyone else notice gallbladder kicking in around week 49 in c/sideeffects · 1 points · 6 months ago
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 16 weeks and they stopped
comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 64 in c/insurancefights · 102 points · 6 months ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points.
Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Lab] split one vial across VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter — 98.0% and 98.4% in c/sideeffects · 242 points · 7 months ago
Yeah, the constipation hit on day 11 for me too, not day 1.
