comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether gallbladder is why in c/sideeffects · 1 points · 10 months ago
The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped.
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 98.7% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Discussion] the plateau advice in here is 15 years out of date in c/semaglutide · 24 points · 11 months ago
Yeah, 78 weeks on 5mg, same pattern, same timing.
comment on week 11 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/retatrutide · 197 points · 11 months ago
heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions
comment on stalled for 9 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/semaglutide · 51 points · 11 months ago
the quiet is real. the food noise just stops.
comment on co-agonism — my 6-week log, condensed into one table in c/cagrilintide · 0 points · 11 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on help me understand endpoint, I have read the wiki twice in c/trialwatch · 109 points · 12 months ago
Crossposting this to c/bloodwork because the people who need it are not reading this community.
comment on does CGM actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/t2dglp1 · 35 points · 1 year ago
Ireland here. Waited 18 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

insulin and sulfonylurea interactions are real hypo risk
comment on [Results] 42 weeks, 30kg, and hair loss was the hard part in c/sideeffects · 57 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on genuine question about titration that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on someone explain seizure to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/customs · 3 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/sideeffects · 0 points · 1 year ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

the 11mg import allowance is Denmark-specific
comment on satiety — 14 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/cagrilintide · 0 points · 1 year ago
This is correct. The co-agonism is real.
comment on [PSA] packaging is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/coldchain · 17 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Peak temperature is not the whole story.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #20 — France, 9 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/trialwatch · 5 points · 1 year ago
phase 2 is not phase 3, smaller n and shorter trial
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 2.4k points · 1 year ago
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.
comment on stalled for 7 weeks at 12.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/t2dglp1 · 70 points · 1 year ago
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
comment on stalled for 4 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/sideeffects · 215 points · 1 year ago
week 43 and the fatigue is finally getting better
