comment on the actual arithmetic for splitting a weekly mg total into two draws, worked example in c/tirzepatide · 52 points · 2 days ago

U-100 syringe assumption is worth stating explicitly like you did, people occasionally have U-40 on hand from somewhere else and the whole conversion breaks if you mix that up.

evening dosing + sleeping through the peak side effect window is genuinely underrated advice

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

U-100, 31g, 8mm, 0.3mL over here, always worth restating for anyone reading a log post and eyeballing their own syringe for the first time

Poland here. Waited 23 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Strongly agree. Largest single impurity tells a different story than total purity.

The PeptideMeter result being close to my own HPLC is the signal, not the absolute number. Both are right.

This is the correct method framing. Column and gradient are load-bearing fields.

Slight fix: the number was 98.1, not 98.0. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

the 83 week mark is where it gets interesting

This is correct. The muscle cramps is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts

Yeah, identity is the first question.

The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

consistency is harder than the dose change
