comment on retatrutide vs triple agonist — genuinely asking which matters more in c/retatrutide · 114 points · 8 months ago

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

comment on is it normal to get fatigue at week 90 in c/retatrutide · 320 points · 9 months ago

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

the VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter results differ by 6 points, both inside inter-lab variance

Removed a chain here.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 83 weeks to accept.

comment on does glucagon actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/retatrutide · 213 points · 11 months ago

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

comment on [Lab] 7th independent test on BCH, and the trend is the interesting part in c/labresults · 1 points · 1 year ago

Tested 17 batches from QSC over 16 weeks. Spread was 96.2% to 99.2, mostly 96.2. Consistent vendor.

template required: vendor / product / batch / service / method / result

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.
