comment on [Long Term] what my labs look like three years in in c/maintenancephase · 6 points · 27 days ago
dose-stretching experiences welcome, dose-stretching instructions are not
comment on [Meta] can maintenance get its own weekly thread, the loss posts drown us out in c/maintenancephase · 4 points · 1 months ago
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 2 is not maintenance
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring regain at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/maintenancephase · 3 points · 1 months ago
How long at maintenance?
Adding to this: goal weight is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring regain at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/maintenancephase · 1 points · 1 months ago
the 1.0mg dose works fine for 41 weeks of the month
comment on [Meta] the small molecule rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 2 months ago
small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on help me understand long term, I have read the wiki twice in c/maintenancephase · 1 points · 2 months ago
Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.
comment on someone explain small molecule to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/orforglipron · -24 points · 9 months ago
ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 14 trials
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about long term until somebody posts a number in c/maintenancephase · 21 points · 11 months ago
Tried the lowest-effective approach.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #20 — Denmark, 27 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/maintenancephase · 76 points · 11 months ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
comment on unpopular opinion: orforglipron is massively overrated in c/orforglipron · 118 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether regain is why in c/maintenancephase · 4 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on am I the only one who found lowest effective dose harder than the injections in c/maintenancephase · 25 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 22–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on stalled for 11 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/orforglipron · 6 points · 1 year ago
small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different
comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on non-peptide in c/orforglipron · 10 points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but non-peptide and ACHIEVE are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 79 weeks to accept.

the 15mg dose works fine for 61 weeks of the month
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dose stretching in c/maintenancephase · 3 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dose stretching in c/maintenancephase · 6 points · 1 year ago
Maintenance for 10 months now. 5mg every 25 days, weight 5±10kg. Found the rhythm.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for long term posts in c/maintenancephase · 153 points · 2 years ago
Tried the lowest-effective approach. 2.5mg worked for 18 weeks, then cravings returned. 0.25mg was the actual floor.
comment on is it normal to get muscle cramps at week 84 in c/maintenancephase · 6 points · 2 years ago
