[Long Term] what my labs look like three years in
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 5mg, week 18, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — dose stretching — and tracked it for 17 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is goal weight. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.
the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.

What dose are you on?
dose-stretching experiences welcome, dose-stretching instructions are not
nobody posts about this part and it is the longest part
regain is not a moral failing
Regain on a taper is expected. 13% back over 24 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
Tried the lowest-effective approach. 10mg worked for 5 weeks, then cravings returned. 15mg was the actual floor.
