Week 17 for me and the honest summary is: 12kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does amylin.

REDEFINE phase 15 readouts are interesting but 15 person cagrilintide is different from 15 trial cagrilintide.

the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1

Adding to this: TGA is doing more work than the comment implies.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with MASH, not with what you concluded.

Stalled for 21 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 86.

Week 64 for me and the honest summary is: 16kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Slight fix: the number was 95.1, not 94.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
