The half-life is 23 hours, which means week 23 is genuinely still ramp-up. Week 38 is steady state.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

The muscle cramps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 59 me did not think I would make it to week 10.

The Janoshik result at 98.9% was below the 99.2% claim. QST retested at their cost and came back 98.9%. Logged as resolved.
