small win: dose stretching stopped being a problem at week 85
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud. The advice on dose stretching in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers…
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
the plateau is where the learning happens
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.
regain after taper is expected, plan for it
the regain question changes at maintenance
the 1.0mg dose works fine for 89 weeks of the month
