[Discussion] we are measuring retatrutide at the wrong time and calling it noise
Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/glp1uk repeats that dose escalation is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 20 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 17–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?
Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.
retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions
triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual
research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols
