phase 2. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/glp1women is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort phase 2 out first, and almost nobody does. I say this having got it wrong for 10 months. My A1c…

The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The early fullness are not just amplified versions.

the dosing is steep, the constipation reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet

triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual

Not to be pedantic but triple agonist and dose escalation are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
