[Vendor] QST order #13 — Denmark, 39 days, no drama, receipts inside

Management Receipts ×6 Well Actually ×1 Cold Box ×1

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 1.7mg to 0.25mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 8 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have muscle cramps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 86 reads it before doing the same thing.

Yeah, the muscle cramps hit on day 8 for me too, not day 1.

Small correction: the trial was 8 weeks, not 19. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 83 me did not think I would make it to week 37.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

Yeah, the fatigue hit on day 19 for me too, not day 1.

resting heart rate moved up 19 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 68 me did not think I would make it to week 25.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

This is correct. The the food-noise thing is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

the food-noise thing stops around week 79 for most people

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

The reflux passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 7 weeks and it was basically gone.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with gallbladder, not with what you concluded.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.

c/sideeffects rules
  1. Severe or escalating abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question. We will lock those threads with a pointer to help.
  2. Describe your dose, your week number and your titration speed — otherwise nobody can help.
  3. No diagnosing strangers. Share what happened to you.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
