someone explain hair loss to me like I have not read a paper in years
Week 25 update. 16kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 77.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.
Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

constipation is real, boring, and fixable
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
This is correct. The nausea is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 8 for me too, not day 1.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
the food-noise thing stops around week 35 for most people
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 90 is worth checking
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
Small correction: the trial was 11 weeks, not 28. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
early fullness at 0.25mg is different from 15mg
This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
week 55 and the constipation is finally getting better
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
My sulphur burps was worst at 0.25mg and better at 0.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
