three years of heart rate threads, summarised so you do not have to read them
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: hair loss matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 12 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 3 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.
best — the order this archive was captured in
How many weeks in are you? 22 weeks is noise, 29 weeks is a trend.
Is that before or after you stabilized your sulphur burps?
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
My muscle cramps was worst at 5mg and better at 0.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
This is correct. The muscle cramps is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
Small correction: the trial was 12 weeks, not 4. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Is that before or after you stabilized your sulphur burps?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
Same experience. Week 94 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
Resting heart rate up 9 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
resting heart rate moved up 21 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 61 is worth checking
Small correction: the trial was 7 weeks, not 17. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 2 weeks and they stopped
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 17. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
the food-noise thing stops around week 44 for most people
the food-noise thing stops around week 44 for most people
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
week 29 and the fatigue is finally getting better

early fullness at 7.5mg is different from 10mg
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
